- Palliative Care aims to relieve suffering and improve the quality of life for people with a serious illness in any stage of their disease.
- Hospice Care provides for people with a terminal diagnosis; in which their doctor has certified six months or less of life expectancy, given the illness runs its normal course.
- DME for Hospice Care provides life-saving medical equipment such as oxygen, nebulizer, suction unit, and more. This equipment is readily available for all of our hospice patients.
Dedicated to serving Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles counties, Destiny Home Health was founded by Joy Ekpo, a professional Registered Nurse since 1987. Her experiences both internationally and in the United States, have inspired her to help the elderly and frail remain in the comfort of their own home as they age.
